CitySprint's LiveChat is launched!
Our LiveChat service has just been launched on
www.citysprint.co.uk to enable any visitors to our website to chat 'live' online with one of our customer representatives instantaneously.
This new technology gives CitySprint another channel to listen and to respond to new and existing CitySprint customers, and then use this feedback to further improve our service!
This new function is available to existing or potential new clients between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday with an automated answering service outside of these hours.
To access this service, just simply click on the LiveChat button, which is clearly visible on key pages of our website, and the chat can begin!
