Andy Dorrian – Regional Manager for Scotland
Andy initially joined the business (which was then called Citadel Couriers) in 1990 as a controller. He was then promoted to Manager of CitySprint's Glasgow ServiceCentre before being made Regional Manager for Scotland around eight years ago. In his current role as Regional Manager for Scotland, Andy is responsible for overseeing the operation of CitySprint's major ServiceCentres in Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow. In 2009, under Andy's management, the Edinburgh ServiceCentre beat off stiff competition from CitySprint's other 30 ServiceCentres across the UK and was crowned 'ServiceCentre of the Year'. This achievement, combined with the fact that the Edinburgh ServiceCentre is CitySprint's fastest growing ServiceCentre, is testament to Andy's hard work and commitment to the business.

Kevin Tucker – Customer Service Controller, Cardiff
As Customer Service Controller, Kevin plays an integral part of the operations at the Cardiff ServiceCentre dealing with customer requests on a daily basis and ensuring that they receive an efficient and professional service. Earlier this year, Kevin and the rest of the team's hard work was recognised when the Cardiff ServiceCentre beat off stiff competition from CitySprint's other 30 ServiceCentres across the UK and was crowned 'ServiceCentre of the Year'.

Paul Gisbourne, Regional Manager, adds "I have been responsible for CitySprint's Cardiff ServiceCentre for the past four years and during this time Kevin has had to deal with a lot of changes, including a huge increase in business, which he has adapted to very well.  Kevin has shown invaluable commitment and loyalty to CitySprint Cardiff of which we are all greatly appreciative".
